High Perfumery, the dream of Christian Dior comes true

Grasse in South France is the once most connected cities to the Dior’s house as the founder lived there for many years during the war period. A few months before his death on 24 October 1957, collapsed at the “Grand Hotel & La Pace” in Montecatini Terme, in Italy, after a game of canasta with a group of friends, Christian Dior started renovating the Château de La Colle Noire which is located in the city center in order to transform it to a place full of aromatic flowers. It's well known, in fact, the passion that the french fashion designer had for gardening who could make haute couture as his amazing dresses, creating greenhouses and gardens full of flowers with wonderful colors and scents The house’s men in charge are making the dream of the famous creator true, as they fully renovated the building and also hosted the new creative space of the creative director and perfumer François Demachy. Demachy has already started looking for new growers who are going to produce aromatic flowers which are going to be used for the future perfumes of the house, in the place where the historic castle is located. And now, thanks Francois Demachy the refined dreams of Christian Dior finally comes true...
